Anyway that's my thought.do not cut the block, do not damage the timing chain, is it worth it to remove it: yes hell yes they fall apart and break then can send pieces of crap into the oil pan. I am sure somewhere in the history of man kind someone cut one out very carefully with a dremel and used pliers to bend it with the chain slacked and the cam gear off, yet it is most likely a PITA. The problem would be cutting in a tight space no its from a chain digging in from the rivets carving into it almost like it wanted to cut the POS off.lol If I were to cut it off it would be more to the right by where the bolt goes through and the there is less cutting. or could that be grooves from someone trying to cut it off in not the best place. heres the big ugly look this one has drag marks all along it by the tensioner plastic.
It would require cutting the old ls3 chain dampener out with surgery with a dremel and a cutting wheel to get it out IMO cutting by the timing chain is not something people want to do let alone worry they will cut into the front of the block and it would most likely have to have the bolts from it loosened and then shimmed out to avoid any damage to the block. Now all of a sudden it Only shows up in a totally different state and with exact name search. If you search Locksmith Matthews, NC my listing does not show up at all. Keep in mind the GMB is in Matthews, NC All my service areas and the actual map show the correct areas. Now if I search my business name under the auto populate I see it with Independence, KS on the listing. I pretty much do not have any traffic, views or calls now. Posted about my SAB listing a few weeks ago about not showing up in search only when you entered the exact name.
